Gina will discuss the science and application of Mindfulness - specifically as it relates to Anxiety. Through hands on, experiential training, you will discover how to apply mindfulness tools to decrease anxiety. You will learn how to 1) identify anxiety while it is occurring, 2) determine which Mindfulness strategies work for you, 3) apply Mindfulness strategies for specific anxiety driven moments, and 4) create a sustainable, at home practice.
Mindfulness applications include: experiential Breathing techniques, experiential Listening techniques, experiential Body-Scan techniques, and experiential Movement techniques.
